In a highly interactive learning environment, both contemporary and historical underpinning of leadership will be explored as this course probes and explores the leadership contributions of both women and men. Students will explore various leadership styles brought to the leadership arena and explore how experiences, proclivities or predispositions serve either as a strength or challenge in leadership positions within organizations and social movements.
