AC 6435 - Advanced Auditing

Builds upon the foundational audit concepts covered in AC 4750 by advancing student’s knowledge, and requiring application of, the topics of legal liability of CPAs, integrated audit reports of public companies, Internal, operational, and compliance auditing, and additional audit-based services such as letters for underwriters, summary financial statements, personal financial statements, and audits of companies using an international financial reporting framework.
Prerequisite: An Undergraduate course in Auditing.
