ED 6320 - Developing an Ignatian Approach to Listening within Difficult Dialogues on Identity

In this class, students will develop an Ignatian approach to listening effectively and having difficult dialogues with others. Students will learn about the communication process, effective listening strategies, and methods for having effective difficult dialogues on topics regarding cultures and identities. The class will include practical application through dialogues with other students, research on communication and listening, along with creating strategies for having difficult dialogues with others outside of the course.

Prerequisite: ED 6310
