BUS 6325 - Operations Planning and Budgeting

The role of functional departmental and divisional planning and budgeting in the context of a corporate strategy, operating and capital planning is essential knowledge for the manager in any business setting. In this course, the student will learn how to develop, build and present operating plans and budgets; how to challenge, adjust and defend incumbent operating plans and budgets from prior periods; and, how to tie operating plans and budgets to the corporate plan and to affiliate departments and divisions.

Prerequisite: ACFN 6300 .
