NUR 3930 - Nursing in Today’s World

This course will prepare the student for nursing in today’s world. The nurse’s role is ever changing in relation to the profession, the healthcare team, and the healthcare system. Contemporary issues and trends that have a direct impact on evidence-based nursing practice and education will be examined. Nursing foundations and ethical perspectives will be explored.
