BL 3000 - Principles of Biological Research

This course will emphasize literacy in scientific research; the consideration of the perspectives influencing scientific research; and the implications of research design and outcomes. 

Course content includes: Reading and utilizing peer-reviewed scientific literature; creating and interpreting scientific figures and tables; generating research questions and experimental design; and identifying and understanding unique perspectives in biological research.

Prerequisite: A grade of “C” or better in BL 1300  and sophomore standing.
