This course explores concepts of ethical leadership at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. Students will develop this ability to frame, analyze, and resolve ethical dilemmas in their organization. They will gain new insight as they examine core Jesuit values and explore processes to produce ethical outcomes when faced with challenging situations.
