This course is an in-depth exploration of the distinctive perspective on leadership found in the Ignatian tradition which strives to “make God’s good world better through learning, leadership, service, and the pursuit of justice.” Students are challenged to put their new understandings of leadership into action, crafting a plan to grow themselves and others as leaders who can be a force for good in their organizations and communities.
