Undergraduate Studies in Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences
Consistent with the Jesuit mission, Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences undergraduate programs integrate broad based liberal arts curriculum with specialized professional education to prepare students to serve as leaders in their chosen discipline. All undergraduate programs in the school prepare students for future study in health and human sciences.
Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences grants the following Bachelor of Science degrees: Nursing, BSN , Nursing, Accelerated BSN (ABSN) , Communication Sciences and Disorders, B.S. , Exercise Science, B.S. , Health Science, B.S. Community Health Management Track , Health Science, B.S. Health and Disability Track , Health Science, B.S. Pre-Nursing Track . The College offers undergraduate minors in Communication Sciences and Disorders Minor and Exercise Science Minor . The College also offers a Medical Assisting Certificate. Graduate Programs in Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences
At the graduate level, the College grants the Doctor of Physical Therapy, the Doctor of Occupational Therapy, the Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, the Master of Science in Nursing, and Post-Graduate Certificates in Nursing. Academic, Enrollment, and Administrative Policies
Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences welcomes new and transfer students. Undergraduate students in the college abide by the same rules as all other undergraduate students at the university. Please refer to the Academic Policies and Procedures section of the catalog for specific details.
Undergraduate Academic Advising
Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences Advisors assist students by providing program information, initial credit evaluations, and course pre-registration. Undergraduate students must be advised every semester prior to pre-registration for the following semester. Students who attend school in the evening or who declare a major housed in Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences are advised by either the Director of Academic Advising for Health Sciences, or the Pre-Nursing or Nursing advisors, or by a faculty member.
