The Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) minor will provide students with an understanding of normal speech, language, and hearing processes across the lifespan. The minor in CSD consists of 15 credit hours of coursework. Students completing the minor in CSD complete one required lower division course and choose four upper division courses to satisfy the minor requirements. A grade of C or better is required in each course in the minor. The minor in CSD is complementary to many majors such as: health science, education, pre-occupational and pre-physical therapy, exercise science, sport management, pre-nursing, and psychology.
