For a degree in Health Science, students will choose one of three tracks: Community Health Management, Health and Disability or Pre-Nursing. Graduates are prepared to work within a health related setting in administrative, managerial, and technical positions, as well as to attend graduate school. Students who graduate with the Pre-Nursing track are eligible to apply for admittance to any nursing school including accelerated option programs.

Health Science Requirements:

Students choose one of the two following tracks, selecting a minimum of fourteen hours of coursework from at least two departments (not including the required experiential component). Health and Disability Track

Note:
A grade of C or better is required in each lower-division and upper-division course of the major. (A grade of C- will not satisfy the requirement.) |
