Lower Division Requirements:

The B.A. in Nonprofit Leadership requires six hours of lower division coursework.

22 hours of upper-division nonprofit leadership coursework, including:

NP 4970 - Internship and Professional Development (3-6) for a total of 6 credits over one or more semesters.

Students must complete 12 hours of related upper division coursework, including:

MK 3000 - Principles of Marketing (3)
AC 4500 - Principles of Accounting (3)
SM 4600 - Human Resource and Personnel Management in Sport (3)
Choose one 3000- or 4000- level course from one of the following disciplines: Economics, Philosophy, Communication

Students seeking a BSBA, or a General Business or Pre-MBA minor will take the following:

SM 4600 - Human Resource and Personnel Management in Sport (3)
Take an additional 9 hours by choosing one 3000- or 4000- level course from each of the following categories:

Psychology or Sociology

Philosophy, Ethics & Social Justice

Communication

A grade of C or better is required in each upper-division course of the major. (A grade of C- will not fulfill the requirement.)
