This interdisciplinary minor in Leadership Development requires 15 credit hours, and is open to students in any Rockhurst undergraduate program. The minor consists of 3 required courses (9 credit hours), and 2 elective courses (6 credit hours).

Students must take two elective courses (6 credit hours) for the minor. The available electives were chosen because they offer leadership skill building, explore leadership in context, or expand the student’s world view. Students may choose one of their minor electives (3 credit hours) from the selected list of Core and GPR courses below:
