College of Arts and Sciences
Students interested in obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree and majoring in electrical engineering should take the following courses in the following sequence. Although variations of the core classes are possible, it is recommended that students take the recommended courses as suggested below. Students should always check with their advisor if they have questions about a proposed variation including taking any summer courses.
A grade of C or better is required in all courses required for the major. Students are responsible for checking prerequisites for any course.
Transfer courses at the 3000- or 4000-level are only accepted with prior advisor approval.
A minimum of 60 hours of service is required. The recommended minimum number of service hours for each year are: 10 hours during the freshman year, 15 hours during sophomore and junior years, and 20 hours during senior year.
See further information at Physics and Engineering .
See Rockhurst Wisdom Core page for details of the Wisdom Core requirements for all undergraduate students. Courses in this program that fulfill core requirements display the wisdom core attribute code. When registering for classes, to find which courses will fulfill core requirements, search the Course Schedule by “Attribute Type”.
The Course Schedule is located on the Rockhurst Registrar’s webpage at www.rockhurst/registrar.
