Helzberg School of Management

The minor in Leadership Development requires 15 credit hours, and is open to students in any Rockhurst undergraduate program. The minor consists of three required courses (9 credit hours), and two elective courses (6 credit hours).

Electives (6 credit hours)

Students must take two elective courses (6 credits) for the minor. The electives were chosen because they offer leadership skill building, explore leadership in context, or expand the student’s world view.

Students will select one course (3 credits) from the Interdisciplinary Electives and one from the Skill Building and Leadership Electives (3 credits).
