MG 4350 - International Management (3) This course builds upon several key concepts introduced in BUS 3350 - Business in Global Environments . It extends the discussion of how political, economic, legal, and technological developments are affecting the management of international business operations. It pays special attention to the role of culture and the challenges inherent in managing employees, operating facilities, and targeting markets across cultures. Finally, it examines the managerial and ethical implications of various international entry modes.
Prerequisite: BUS 3350 . (GPR)
