NU 3550/3551 - Pharmacology (2) This course is designed to provide foundational knowledge and understanding of pharmacological therapy. The content is organized according to the following pharmacological classifications: infectious agents, autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular, hematological, respiratory, pain, gastrointestinal, neurologic and neuromuscular, anti-inflammatory, endocrine, psychogenic, and visual, auditory and integument. Emphasis is placed on nursing implications and responsibilities in pharmacologic therapy.
Prerequisite: All NU 2000 courses; BL 3100 /BL 3101 .
