TH 4250 - Contemporary Christian Theology

A study of issues, movements, and theologians who have impacted contemporary theology. The writings of significant Catholic and Protestant theologians are examined in the context of movements such as classical liberalism, neo-orthodoxy, existentialism, fundamentalist-modernist controversies, process theology, liberation theology, feminism, and post-modernism.This course fulfills the Christianity requirement.

Prerequisite: TH 1000 , TH 1020 , TH 1050  or TH 2000 .
