PT 7760 - Special Topics in Physical Therapy

Lecture: This course focuses on special topics related to the examination and management of various conditions commonly seen in physical therapy practice by integrating functional concepts in orthopedics, movement, and pain. These topics will include but not be limited to orthopedic movement screenings, current functional treatment of pain including pharmacology, industrial medicine, pelvic health, and principles of therapeutic movement and exercise in a variety of environments. 

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the program prior to the course.
Corequisite: PT 7761 .
