BL 1260 - General Biology I, Honors (3) Course is offered fall semesters.
A course in basic biological concepts and principles. In addition to the concepts covered in BL 1250 , the course emphasizes independent investigative methods and the development of critical scientific methodology.
Prerequisite: Student must be a declared major in one of the following sciences: Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physic, Biomedical Physics, Applied Math, Engineering, Nursing, Exercise Science, Health Science, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Material Science, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or Psychology, and have acceptance into honors program or approval of Honors Program Director. Corequisite: BL 1261 , BL 1262 . (SCI)
