The scientific study of the manner in which the behavior, emotions or thoughts of the individual can be influenced or determined by the behavior or characteristics of others. Topics include methods of research, social perception, attitude formation and change, aggression, attraction, persuasion, conformity and interpersonal communication.

Prerequisite: PY 1000 ; junior standing or instructor approval.
