Post-Baccalaureate Speech Language Pathology Assistant Certificate

The post-baccalaureate Speech Language Pathology Assistant Certificate is designed to help students with a bachelor degree to meet the academic requirements to become Speech Language Pathology Assistants. Students enrolled in this certificate program will be in a cohort and required to take all classes in the program to earn the certificate.  Advising for the program will be handled by the Speech Language Pathology Assistants Program Director.

To be eligible for SLP-A licensure in Missouri, individuals must meet a minimum of 21 academic credit hours in speech language pathology course work, along with 25 hours of observation of clinical practice, and 25 hours of supervised clinical practicum, as required by the Missouri Board of Healing Arts.
