This interdisciplinary minor in Leadership Development requires 15 credit hours, and is open to students in any Rockhurst undergraduate program. The minor consists of 3 required courses (9 credit hours), and 2 elective courses (6 credit hours).

Required Courses in the Minor (9 hours):

LDV 2000 - Foundations of Leadership Development (3-4)
LDV 3000 - Leading Collaborative Change (3)
Then select either:
LDV 3200 - Women and Leadership (3)
or
LDV 4000 - Applied Leadership (3)

Electives in the Minor (6 hours total)

Students must take two elective courses (6 credit hours) for the minor. The available electives were chosen because they offer leadership skill building, explore leadership in context, or expand the student’s world view.

Students will choose one of their electives (3 credit hours) from the selected list of Interdisciplinary courses and the othe elective from the selected list of Skill Building and Leadership Context courses.
