ED 6330 - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access & Belonging in Organizational Change (3)
Using a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging, this course focuses on organizational change within modern organizations. Whether public, private, or not-for-profit, organizational change is a complex process with many moving parts. The larger an organization becomes the greater the complexity. Students will investigate the fundamental assessments, tools, processes and interventions used to identify, agree upon, and enact a successful change initiative. Using an integrated learning model, students will explore and apply the principles of organizational change. Students will examine the need for diverse and inclusive populations to improve social and economic outcomes that benefit individuals, organizations, and societies within multiple models of the change process.
